What I got for Christmas

This year I've seen lots of people on Twitter saying how they love to read these posts, I do love to read them as well but there seem to quite a bad stigma around them will people afraid to show what they got as they are seen to be bragging. I've also been reading a few, mainly because I'm also very nosy.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, I know I did and I defiantly ate way too much food, I still feel stuffed. I was also very lucky and received so many lovely gifts of my friends and family - I was a lucky girl. I'm currently having a very relaxing Christmas, watching all the films, eating chocolates and trying to pre-write some blog posts before I go back to school and start the new year.

Now on to the presents, this year I asked for a lot of things that I would get good use out of. last Christmas I got a record player and so I asked for some vinyls which I can play on it, I got Adele and Alt-J, two artists I love. You might also see a lot of calligraphy and writing items that's because in the new year I really want to have a go at writing this year, so I got the Quill Calligraphy Kit which came so beautifully wrapped, the Nib & Ink Book and some Ink and Water Brushes. Something which some of you might think is kind of storage to get but I asked for a label maker - I love it. I'm a jeans and trainer kind of girl so I got a new pair and they are the Vans Old Skool trainers, I've seen these everywhere and I love the look of them as you can wear them with anything, they are also super comfy. I didn't get much beauty products this year, but I got the annual Lush Christmas Bath Bombs and Perfume. I feel like a lot of people may have got this but I really wanted on after seeing everyone have one and that's the Mermaid Blanker, mine is in a gorgeous baby pink colour. Finally, I revived so much chocolate that I need to get through!

In a previous post, you nay of seen me mention that I took part in a gift swap run by Viola. I ended up getting Chole who is from www.chloebeeslife.com - make sure you go and check out her blog.

Chloe got me a cute little mug with the letter J on it - you can never have too many cute mugs. I also received a wash bag with a hand cream and lip balm inside. Finally, I received a cute little candle, a rose gold pen with a notebook.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! If you've uploaded your 'What I got for Christmas' make sure you link it in the comments and I'll check it out.

Look Back on 2016

I'm sure you read this on all blog posts like this but I can't quite believe that we are at the end of 2016 and 2017 is very near. I thought I'd so a quick look back on the year 2016.

one. Switch to cruelty-free beauty products
I feel like this has been my most successful aim out of the five I set at the beginning of the year. This year you may have noticed I haven't posted many beauty posts, this is because I've found myself becoming more focused on improving my skin care. I've hardly bought any makeup pieces this year, instead, I've found lots new skincare brands, something which helped with this was you may remember in the first couple of months you may remember me reviewing the LoveLula subscription box - this helped me discover so many new brands. I wish and I plan to do more blog posts on my cruelty-free favourites.

two. Continue to enjoy blogging
I've kind of been loving blogging a the moment, I know I only really publish one post a week for me that works the best for me. I would like to post more but I'm such a perfectionist with each post so I seem to choose quality over quality. I've also got some plans for my blog but I'm not too sure so I'm thinking of announcing more in the new year.

three. Do more Yoga
I haven't really done as much yoga as I planned this year. I go through phases, just like woking out I can commit and do it every day and then I won't do anything for weeks. This is something I know I say every year but I'd like to improve next year.

four. Use my time more wisely
I feel like so much has happened this year. This time last year I was preparing for my GCSE mocks and now here I am preparing for my A-Level mocks. I can't quite believe how much has changed this year. Throughout the start, to mid year I worked hard to get my results which I was very happy with. Then in the summer I did just relax and enjoy my time off, which I think I deserved. I've also been making sure I tick off my to do list as this year I started my bullet journal which has helped me completed needed tasks.

five. Learn a new skill
I think the biggest thing I've learnt is how to drive, I haven't had my test yet but I'm hoping to pass next year. This main goal was that originally I planned to create candles and sell them but the whole process is taking a lot longer than I expected as a lot of time is needed for it to succeed - hopefully next year.

I think this will be my last post before Christmas, so I wish you all a wonderful Christmas.

Gingerbread Men Recipe

I feel like Christmas time is all about the ginger, one of my favourite is gingerbread. I like to make gingerbread men each year, they are so easy and taste so good. You could also hang them on your tree.

Ingredients
350g Plain Flour
1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
125g Butter
175g Brown sugar
1 Egg
4 tbsp Golden syrup

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
2. In a bowl, stir together the flour, bicarbonate of soda, ginger, and cinnamon.
3. Stir in the butter until it looks like breadcrumbs - it can be done in a food processor. Then stir in the sugar.
4. Lightly beat the eggs and golden syrup into the mixture, until it's clumped all together.
5. Put in cling film and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
6. On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough, then cut out your desired shapes.
7. Place onto a tray and cook for 12-15 minutes then place on a cooling rack and allow to cool.
8. Once cool decorate with icing  - to make the icing, mix together icing sugar and water until there it's running and pipe with a piping bag.

Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide Luxury

As if it's this time of year again! This is my first Christmas post of the season and I'm so excited, I'm beginning to get into the Christmas spirit. Over the past couple of years, I've usually uploaded this post in December but I was thinking most people do their shopping earlier so after doing a poll on Twitter lots of you said to post it this weekend, so here it is! I've really enjoyed putting it together this year, it's one of my favorites posts to create each year - I hope you like it. Also, I'm sorry for the amount of gold - everyone loves gold, right? This gift guide is kind of a list of all the things I'm liking!

What's on your Christmas list this year?

Mini Lush Skincare Haul

I haven't been to Lush for ages so I made a trip to my local one recently. Even though it was full of Christmas products, I restricted and just bought some skincare products. This year I've been trying to improve my skincare products as I'm trying really hard to improve and keep my skin to be the best it's ever been. This post is a haul on why I brought them but also my first impressions of them as I've only used them a couple of times. I'm thinking of doing a skincare routine soon so let me know if you'd like to see one.

I've tried a few of their fresh face masks but I'm yet to try Rosy CheeksThis one appealed to me not just because it's a cute baby pink but because recently my skin can sometimes feel sensitive and dry. It's aimed to help calm and soothe redness to help cleanse and smooth the skin. I've only used this once and I did find that my skin feels calmer which is good for acne and sensitive skin. Some of the ingredients and their benefits are Calamine Powder which helps to calm the skin while cleansing, Rose Oil to help reduce the redness and nourish your skin tones and Kaoline to remove all the dirt. I'm yet decided if I really like it because there are others I prefer but if my skin is feeling sensitive and sore it's probably the best for that. However, with the fresh face masks, you have to always use them within in 2 weeks and keep in the fridge.

The next product I purposely went in to try and that's the Dark Angels Cleanser. This cleanser is especially good for when you feel like your skin needs a good cleanse to help remove all the dirt because it's a gritty cleanser - I like these because you feel as if they are really cleaning your skin but especially with this one your not being harsh to the skin. Inside this cleanser there are quite a lot of beneficial ingredients such as Charcoal and Black Sugar to exfoliate and rebalance, Rhassoul mud to deep cleanse the skin, Avocado to moisture and soften the skin all of this help to leave your skin feeling balanced and fresh after exfoliating and cleansing the skin. The first time I used this I was like 'why did I buy this' because of it charcoal it made such a mess and was difficult to use as you have to add the right amount of water to the product and scrub it. I found it really hard to remove and found it can stain my skin. But if you use hot water and a cloth I found you can remove it all. My skin did feel so great after using it, so despite the mess, it can make the benefits to my skin make it worth while.

Finally, I brought Tea Tree Toner, this is actually a repurchase for me, I bought it a few years ago and ever since I've been topping it up with the tea tree tablets. But I wanted to buy myself a new one. I went for the bigger size as it's probably one of my favorite lush products. It contains Tea Tree so help to skin your skin clear and fresh because tea tree is great to help reduce acne due to it being an antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial and then there is juniper berry is antiseptic and helps keep skin clean and clear and grapefruit to keep your skin refreshed. I like to spray this onto my skin morning and night to help keep spots at a minimum while keeping my skin refreshed and removing dirt. I think I will continue to buy this product for years to come!

What's your favourite Lush product?

My Bullet Journal

Bullet Journalling my first 3 months experience

When I mentioned in my How to stay organised blogging I mentioned how I've started a bullet journal this academic year, and I got lots of requests to do a blog post on it so here it is.

I found bullet journaling through Pinterest but then also via Lily Pebbles who started one this year and ever since then I've seen lot's of people starting it this year. I've alway been the type of girl who has lots of notebooks and loves to write lists of tasks I need to do. So it seemed quite perfect for me. I love Bullet Journaling because in one notebook it includes everything I need, blogging, school, everyday tasks. I've been using it for just over 2 months now so I'd like to share my experience and tips with it all.

I went for the Leuchtturm A5 dotted notebook in orange. I decided to go for this one after seeing so many other people choosing it, I'm so glad I chose it because there are so many features that make it perfect for bullet journaling. The fact that the journal has numbered pages is really useful especially when adding it to the contents page at the front of the journal. The two bookmakers come in handy - I like to keep one at the weekly spread and the other at my habit tracker. When I come to get a new one I think I will probably repurchase the same journal as I'm loving it so much.

This was one of my favourite pages and it was the first one I did. I love the watercolour I added and I defiantly need to take note and use more watercolour throughout my journal.

Bullet Journalling my first 3 months experience

Bullet Journalling my first 3 months experience

I have three blog related pages in my journal so far. I have my idea page, this is where I list all my potential blog post ideas for the future and then I'll just cross them off once they're uploaded. Then I have my blog planner where I write the blog posts I've planned and then tick off when I've done the things I need to do for it. And finally, I have a page where I like to record statistics from my blog because when you aren't feeling so great about your blog it's so good to look back and see how far you've come.

Bullet Journalling my first 3 months experience

Pages like these take up the majority of pages as I like to create one for each week, where I write down all my tasks for the day that I need to complete. For me, I've found that for each two-page spread I use it for the week and have one section for my school work for the week. This layout suits me perfect as I have enough room to write, originally I wrote them using the whole length of the page but I found that it didn't work for me. I love changing it up and creating the titles for each week.

Bullet Journalling my first 3 months experience

My Return Tracker is something I've recently added into my journal. I've actually found it surprisingly useful. Every time I'm going to return something from an online order I'll write down the details of the order. Can you see how much ASOS goes back? It's a good way to know when you sent it back but also to check up on that you'll get the refund.
On the opposite page, I have my monthly tracker which I use daily to keep track of daily tasks, and how often I do them. Look at my fitness and yoga section. I like it but I find that it could probably be more effective as some people.

Overall, I love my bullet journal so far and I believe that I'll continue to use it and make a new one next year. I love how personalised it, you can add anything you want which makes it different to diaries yet I can write all my tasks down each day.

I'd love to know if you have a bullet journal or want to start bullet journaling, also let me know if you'd like to see more posts on bullet journaling.

November Wishlist

I can't quite believe that we only have 2 months left of 2016. Since we've entered November it's suddenly become a lot colder. A/W is my favourite time of year especially with fashion, it's all about the layering. This year so many stores have some amazing pieces, I'm especially loving Zara and asos. Below I've picked out some of my favourite pieces that are in stores at the moment. I'm really wanting to find a good pair of black boots and there are some really good ones available. In A/W I love to wear a long camel coat with a big chunky scarf to keep me warm.

What are you loving this November?

Christmas Blogger Gift Swap

The other day I was scrolling through Twitter looking to see if anyone had organised a bloggers secret Santa. I came across Viola (A Piece of Viola) who this year has organised a bloggers gift swap. I remember doing one of these a couple of years ago and they are so much fun secretly buying presents for a blogging friend. The deadline has now gone but I'm going to share it anyway and maybe you could join next year if Viola chooses to run it again.

The deadline for this was 1st November. On the 6th November, I will find out who my partner is. I will get to know them so we have a better idea of what gifts to send another. By the 17th December I would have sent my gift for them to open, then I will share with you how it went and what I received.

I'm really looking forward to this and I'm so excited to find out my partner and get to know them. This has made me kind of excited for Christmas *aha* and it's a great way to include blogging friends into your festive spirits. It's truly such a lovely idea created by Viola.

If you've missed the deadline for this one there is also another Secret Santa being run by The Bloggers Bees where you have until the 20th to sign up.

I look forward to sharing who I got paired up with and the gifts I received.

Neal's Yard Remedies X Deliciously Ella

Neal's Yard Remedies x Deliciously Ella Review

I'm sure you all know who Deliciously Ella is but if not, she's a successful food blogger who alongside her blog has written multiple recipe books, has her own deli and does cookery classes. Ella promotes a plant-based and healthy lifestyle and is all about using organic and clean products, and strongly believes what you put on your skin is just as important as what you put in your body.

I was so excited when I heard Ella was collaborating with Neal's Yard this summer because they just seemed like they would create such lovely products. The line just consists of two products: a facial wash and a moisturiser. I love how there are elements of both of the brand within the bottles, of course, they are their classic blue glass bottle with a pump and then a gorgeous floral label with Ella's branding and the pump makes it so much easier as it's fuss and mess free. Inside each box, there is a card with Ella's top skincare tips. The ingredients, of course, have their benefits to the skin "balancing rose, toning lime, cooling cucumber and antioxidant-rich blueberries and acai."  I brought the duo, so it came all beautifully wrapped with Neal's Yard tissue paper, a blue box and ribbon. If you were wanting to buy these for a gift then this would be the perfect option - perhaps a Christmas present.

Firstly, the Rose, Lime and Cucumber Facial Wash (£16) is gentle yet still removes all the dirt. I like to use my Forero with it because I find it helps to foam up the product more than with just my fingers that then helps remove more dirt from my skin. It leaves your skin with a gentle glow and feeling fresh but without feeling like it's stripped back all your skin like some do. Of course, both of these products are cruelty-free, vegan and organic.

The Rose, Lime and Cucumber Moisturiser (£25) is such a lovely addition to my skincare routine - if you'd like me to do a skincare routine just let me know. I find that the rose scent is stronger in the moisturiser compared to the facial wash. The moisturiser is suitable for all skin types which is great. I find it to be really moisturising but without being heavy and greasy but I do find that it does take some work to make sure it sinks into the skin. With the pump, I've found you think you don't have a lot of product but when you work it in you have more than enough. I like to use it morning and night to help give my skin more through these colder months. I fond my skin to feel smoother and more radiant.

Some people are easily put off by the rose scent especially as it's quite strong in both of these products, however, I've kind of got used to them and don't mind it now. However, they are such lovely products and I would love for Ella to bring out more products with Neal's Yard.

Bedroom Inspiration

I've kind of been wanting to redecorate my room for a while now. I'm always on Pinterest looking at the interior design I have a board for every room in a house, I really can't wait to get my own house and decorate it exactly how I want to. But for now, I just have my bedroom. I feel as if I've grown out of my bedroom as it's quite pink and floral whereas I feel as if I've matured and my room hasn't, I'm kind of going wanting to go more white and minimal with more greenery.

How I Stay Organised Blogging

How I stay organised blogging with school and work

I've now been back at sixth form for a month now and I've actually managed to upload a new post every week. I'm going to share my tips on how I try to stay organised and with school and blogging. I've found that if I keep on top of it's much less stressful and I enjoy blogging more while still having time for school work.

Write it all down
This is something I've always liked to do even with all the technology. Last month I started a bullet journal after hearing so many people having a success with them - if you'd like me to do a post on it I'll be happy too. I have set out a couple of pages; one for ideas of blog posts and another page for posts where I've got a checklist of things to do. I find this helps me to say on to as I see what I've got to do and when I plan for them to go up. I do also have a notes page on my phone for those random ideas of posts that we always get when we're out.

Do things in bulk
I find this post effective with photos. For me, it works best if I take my pictures at the weekend because then I can catch the good light at midday. It can then also give me time to edit them at the weekend or in the week. You can also then have a few images for when you're stuck for inspiration or have some bad lighting. Sometimes I will also write my posts in bulk, so I have some ready to upload if I become busy with school work, such as writing a couple of posts in holidays help me out sometimes.

Schedule
This is what I would say keeps me the most organised. I've only recently started to schedule my posts but I like to schedule my tweets. For my tweets, I use a platform called TweetDeck, personally, for me, I've found this to be the best I also like to use the platform for when I'm on twitter chats as it's easier to follow. For around 10 minuted I will spend scheduling tweets for the following day or the weekend. Something I wish to improve is tweeting throughout the week, I just find sometimes I forget so I need to make more time for this. Scheduling is so handy because you don't have to worry about sharing your post if your busy and just forget to tweet. I also schedule my posts now so I'll write them in the week and then schedule them for the weekend. Then I don't have to remember to publish it and all my posts go up at the same time.

How do you stay organised with your blog?

Rosie Bea's Collection for Elegant Touch & Eylure

Rosie Bea's Collection for Elegant Touch and Eylure

Rosie Bea is a vlogger, who I've been subscribed to for quite a long time now. When she announced that she had been working on this collection I was very excited because I knew she'd bring out something amazing. If you've never watched Rosie, let me just tell you she has absolutely stunning red hair. Rosie has teamed with Elegant Touch to bring out 6 false nail designs and Eylure to bring out 6 sets of false eyelashes. Rosie's collection is available in Superdrug online and in some Superdrug stores.

I'm not really a false eyelash wearer so I decided to pick up just one pair to start with. There are 4 full eyelashes - 2 for daytime and 2 for a night, and then there are 2 3/4 sets. I went to the 3/4 lengths because I feel I can get away wearing them easily due to them being very natural and delicate. These lashes come with adhesive and can be reused which I think is great, you also get and the instruction sheet on how to apply them for eyelash novices - like me.

I decided to pick up these two patterns because these both first caught my attention when Rosie debuted them all. Each pack comes with 24 nails in 10 different sizes, then along with instructions on how to apply them, a nail buffer and glue. Spotlight is a nude nail with copper accents - aka a bloggers dream. And then I also picked up Truffle this was the one I wanted to get the most as I just find the colour really flattering with my skin tone. I'm not really a huge false nail wearer but I like the shape of these as they are not too long but also if you find them too long you can file them down a bit which is what I did with them. They lasted around 5 days before the first one came off, which to me is pretty good as normally by then if you've painted your nails they would have chipped by then.

I know that when Roise applies her nails she usually applies nail guards first, I was going to pick some up but they didn't have any in store. I still feel like I'm going to pick them up next time I'm in a store because they can make the whole process easier and protect your nails more.

Overall, I've been very pleased with Rosie's collection. In the future I defiantly plan to pick up more pieces, I've got my eye on the Sweetpea nails, which are such lovely daisy print nails. I've found them to be really affordable because you can reuse them.

Have you tried anything from Rosie's Collection?

Bath

So the other week I took a day trip to Bath. I've never been before but I always hear how beautiful the city it, so it has always been on my list for places to visit in the UK and let me just say it didn't disappoint. The architecture is so stunning all around the city, there are so many buildings you just look at and think 'wow'. I wish I could have taken more pictures but I was just too busy being stunned over by this beautiful city.

I did a bit of the touristy activities but also a bit of shopping. There are so many tiny side streets with little boutique shops that need to be explored. I have to mention I went into my first Anthropology store - oh my goodness everything is so pretty but so expressive *cries*. I went to the Roman Baths, they were full of other tourists like me but I actually found it extremely relaxing to sit by the baths. There was a man and he was creating bubbles and then all the children go mad trying to pop them. The Royal Crescent was so beautiful too but sadly I didn't get any pictures. I planned to go to the Fashion Musume but we didn't have enough time sadly - maybe next time.

I wish I spent more time there than I did because there were lots I wanted to do but never got the chance to. If anyone ever invites me there or I get a free weekend I'll be there in a flash to discover more of the amazing city.

Have you ever been to Bath?

September Wishlist

Now were in September Autumn is only around the corner and so it's time to begin swapping out those summer pieces and adding in some warmer ones. So many stores have brought in a lot of new pieces for Autumn and Winter; I love A/W fashion so much more than S/S it's all about the layers and being comfy and warm.

I've been having a browse online a found quite a few pieces I would quite like. I've noticed quite a lot of embroidered pieces online like this dress from Topshop and the mom jeans with embroidered flowers - I love mom jeans recently they are a nice change as I always wear skinny jeans. It's time to start pulling out all the jackets and coats. Bomber jackets still seem to be pretty big asos have some good ones I love this pink bomber jacket, I don't usually go for colours. I've fallen in love with the floral bomber jacket from Zara. I think a long coat can look really amazing, I've seen lots of outfits on Pinterest. You may know I'm a big fan of Converse and I've seen these leather white one which I may have just become obsessed with. I've also found this cute pink hat on Topshop. I'm also obsessed with stripy t-shirts, I found one in Topshop I really like and also a block colour sweatshirt.

Nutella and Salted Caramel Cookies Recipe

The Great British Bake Off is back on! Whoo! Who watched it the other night, I'm excited about this series. This makes me want to get baking again, so I found this recipe and I just had to make them because of how amazing they looked. Nutella and caramel two of my favourite things so why wouldn't you want them in a cookie. This recipe is super easy as I've changed it from the original so instead of making the caramel you just simply pop a Rolo in the middle of them - simple.

Ingredients
110g Butter
350g Light brown sugar
2 Eggs
55g Cocoa powder
260g All-purpose flour
3/4 tbsp Baking Powder
100g Chocolate chips
8 tbsp Nutella
Caramel filled chocolate
Pinch of Salt

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
2. In a medium heat pan, melt the butter. Remove from the heat and stir in the brown sugar and eggs.
3. Then add the cocoa powder and tiny pinch of salt and baking powder. Stir until all is combined.
4. Sift in the flour and stir until there are no lumps. Add the chocolate chips.
5. On a baking tray take a heaped tbsp of the dough. Make an indent with your finger and spoon in the Nutella then add a piece of chocolate to the top. To the top add a piece of flattened dough and press down to seal the edges. Then sprinkle some salt on top.
6. Bake in the oven for around 8-10 minutes.

Adidas Stan Smith

Adidas Stan Smith

I've always been a converse girl and I think I will continue to be a converse girl but, I've wanted a new pair of trainers for quite a while now but debating what to get in the end I decided to go for a pair of Adidas Stan Smith's. I've seen so many people with these, every fashion outfit on Pinterest seem to be wearing a pair of these, they seem to go with everything.

I think I've spent weeks trying to find the right pair, nowhere seemed to have my size or the correct colour. There was a bit of a mess up with asos sending the wrong size and then my size selling out. After no other stores having my size, I kept checking asos until I finally found a pair in my size and quickly ordered them before anyone else got them! In the end, I went for these, they are all white and I actually really like them I was going for light pink or blue but I actually prefer these in the end.

I've worn these a couple of times and so far they've been really comfy, comfier than my converse I think it's because the inside is leather, not clothes which I find rubs more. Even though they are extremely white now, I'm not really going to try and keep them this clean because I actually prefer the more worn in look on these - you know what I mean. Can you tell I'm not a fashion blogger? I feel like these may be getting worn more than my loved converse.

Here are some of my favourites

Penut Butter and Caramel Slices Recipe

I can't remember the last time I baked something, it was probably my creme egg brownies, I had some free time recently so I thought I'de bake these Peanut and caramel slices. I never use to be a big fan of Peanut Butter but over the past couple of months, I've started to really enjoy it. I found this recipe and thought they sounded so delicious so I had to attempt to make them. This does seem like you need a lot of things and a long recipe but it's actually really easy to make.

Ingredients:

For the base:
200g Plain Flour
1 tbsp Cornflour
100g Golden Caster Sugar
170g Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp Salt

For the middle
60g Unsalted Butter
55g Brown Sugar
400g Condensed Milk
3 tbsp Golden Syrup
2 heaping tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter

For the chocolate top:
160g Milk Chocolate Chips
160g Dark Chocolate Chips
50g Unsalted butter
2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºc and grease and line a square tin
2. Put the flour, salt, and sugar and keep adding the butter into a bowl and combine until the mixture is breadcrumb like. (You can do this by hand or using a food processor)
3. Put the breadcrumbs into the tin, make sure they are flat and in each corner. Bake for 35-40 minutes then leave to cool completely, may need to be put in the fridge.
4. Making the caramel - put the butter, sugar, and golden syrup into the pan and melt over a medium heat. Add the condensed milk then bring to the boil and stir constantly. Reduce to a medium-low heat and stir for a further 5 minutes until thickened. Then turn the heat off.
5. Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for around 10-20 seconds until slightly melted and stir into the caramel sauce.
6. Roughly chop the peanuts and spread them evenly over the shortbread base.
7. Pour the caramel over the peanuts and shortbread and leave to cool in a fridge.
8. Making the chocolate top - melt half the chocolate chips in a pan and then add the remaining chocolate chips and butter and continue to melt them. Melt 2 tbsp peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.
9. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel and level out. Add 3 parallel lines of peanut butter with a spoon then turn the tray 90º and with a skewer draw lines to create a marble effect.
10. Put in the fridge for about an hour until set. Then remove, cut and enjoy.
